Dearest colleague, Last month we had to postpone the European Vascular Course (EVC) due to the Corona viral spread. We assumed that 14 weeks would be long enough to achieve a safe and Corona-free environment. Unfortunately, the situation has become even more precarious. The entire globe is severely affected by COVID-19. Medical staff is currently overloaded and we expect even more pressure as soon as the Corona problem is solved and all postponed elective surgical procedures have to be caught up. On a social level, all countries have cancelled meetings and group activities for the next couple of months. Therefore we decided to shift EVC to 7-9 March 2021. The scientific program and 284 workshops will roll over to next year and all information is available at www.vascular-course.com. The EVC app will be opened again on November 15 so that you can (re)-schedule your personal training agenda. We sincerely hope that you will join us next year.
