EVST CONGRESS GRANTS
The aim of the grant is to allow EVST members to attend conferences is the vascular surgery field free of charge or at a reduced rate. EVST members interested in applying to these grants are invited to follow the links below:

ESVS EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL GRANTS
The aim of the grant is to allow the applicant, over a short period of time, to look at a particular technique or research project in a European institution. A special committee within the Society will assess each application in a rapid and simple manner. 10 grants of 3,000€ each will be awarded in 2019 , spread over two rounds of applications (February and August).
To be eligible, the applicants must be:
- European
- An active ESVS trainee or full member who was no more than 40 years old on the 31st December 2018.
The application should cover the applicant only. The Society does not support the additional travel cost of family.
The first round of 2019 applications is now open. Submit your application by completing the form below. Applications close on 31st March 2019.
ESVS ANNUAL MEETING TRAVEL GRANTS FOR ESVS MEMBERS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPE
ESVS offers Annual Meeting Travel Grants to support transport and accommodation expenses of ESVS members from outside Europe to attend the ESVS Annual Meeting. Grants are limited to €1,000 per applicant.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be an ESVS member
- Have an abstract submitted for presentation at the ESVS Annual Meeting. Applicants whose abstracts are accepted for presentation at the ESVS Annual Meeting will be considered first.
- Not have any other financial support for travel and accommodation
- Be the first author and the presenter of the abstract
The application should cover the applicant only. The Society does not support the additional travel cost of family.

INDUSTRY SPONSORED ANNUAL MEETING TRAVEL GRANTS
The new MedTech Europe Ethical charter came into force from January 1, 2018 and in effect, direct sponsorship of Health Care Professionals (HCPs) by MedTech member companies are prohibited. As a result, these companies will now channel their support through trusted partners such as Health Care Organisations (HCOs: i.e. hospitals, clinics, medical institutions), the ESVS Society or the PCO (Professional Congress Organiser). Moreover, Congrex Switzerland, the PCO of the ESVS Annual Meeting in Hamburg, is a MedTech Europe Trusted Partner and is committed to complying with MedTech Europe’s ethical standards.
ESVS will offer several Industry Sponsored Annual Meeting Grants to support registration, travel and accommodation expenses of Health Care Professionals in the Vascular Surgery field to attend the 33rd ESVS Annual Meeting in Hamburg . Number of grants and eligibility criteria are yet to be defined with the the partner Industries.
